Get your records out

Shop → My records → “Download my records”. You get your bills, your udhaar book and your stock list. Each opens the share sheet with the data as text, so you can send it to yourself on WhatsApp or email and open it in any spreadsheet.

The turnover screen

The same screen shows your recorded sales month by month, and puts your UPI receipts next to the bills you actually recorded. A gap between them is a prompt to record the missing bills this month, rather than trying to explain them years later.

If you leave

Download your records first, then Settings → Account → “Delete my account”. Your name and number go immediately. Your shop's bills and udhaar entries stay, because a udhaar row is a record of what someone else owes — deleting it would destroy a third party's evidence of a debt.
