This page serves as the public web endpoint for Karobari users to request complete account deletion without requiring active app re-installation.
In-app deletion
How to Delete Your Account In-App
- Open Karobari on your Android device and sign in.
- Navigate to Settings → Account Settings.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm the confirmation prompt.
- Your session terminates immediately. You have a 30-day grace period to sign in and cancel deletion.
- After 30 days, your account identity is permanently scrubbed from our production servers.

Manual Deletion via Support
If you no longer have access to your smartphone, submit a manual deletion request by emailing support@karobariapp.in with your registered mobile number. Requests are completed within 30 days upon ownership verification.
❌ What Is Permanently Removed
- Your personal name and shopkeeper profile
- Your registered mobile number (scrubbed to untraceable hash)
- All active login tokens and device session keys
- Shop ownership & staff management permissions

- Indian GST & bookkeeping compliance requires retaining historical sales records for dispute resolution.

- Barcode catalog entries benefit all community retail stores and contain zero personal identification data.
