Add staff

Shop → Staff. Add a person and give them a PIN. At the counter they tap “Switch user” and bill under their own name, on the same phone.

What staff can see

Only the bills they made themselves. Not the day's total, not other people's bills, not margins, and not the udhaar book. This is enforced on the server, so it stays true even if someone gets hold of the phone.

Price edits

Changing a shelf price is a permission you grant per person — “Allow price edits” — and it is off by default. Staff can still give a discount on a sale in front of them without it.

Removing someone

Revoke the membership and their access stops at their next request. Their past bills stay, with their name on them, because those are your shop's records.
